We are able to appoint dedicated teams of skilled professional to all client accounts ensuring that the right people are working for you at every stage in the process.
To help us measure and maintain this we undertake a survey of our active client base every year. The survey is focused on client feedback in areas of customer service, account management, quality, competitiveness and response. A summary of the results shows that our rating increased to an overall level of 85% with account management being rated very highly at 91% satisfaction.
