Flexibility is the key! That’s why all our presses are able to run direct from reels, meaning not only that we can we buy paper more efficiently than a conventional printer, but also allows us to move workload between our web and B1 presses if we hit high demand in a particular area. It also helps us manage the workflow more effectively and maximize the 24/7 working in all our production departments.

Our two cutting edge M600 web presses produce high quality print at a combined speed of over 100,000 impressions per hour, giving our customers the unrivalled productivity and reliability required in these highly competitive times.

The presses are fitted with several production enhancements, enabling us to offer many innovative solutions to suit our customer’s needs. By having up to six units, we are able to offer special colours and sealers as part of a single pass - spine gluing and rotary trimming, perforating and re-moist glue attachments mean that any configuration of finishing is possible. The JF44 and JF60 folders also allow for over 20 different folded section options, while the auto-plate and colour management system reduces make-ready times and ensures constant colour monitoring throughout the run.

To compliment the speed of the 16pp web units we also have the flexibility of two Heidelberg B1 sheet fed 12 and 10 colour presses, both with the ‘Cut-Star’ reel fed system running high quality at a combined speed of over 24,000 impressions per hour.

Even with all the automation in pre-press, plating and colour management on press, printing remains a highly skilled profession.
