Williams Lea singles out printer for AXA work

Global print management firm Williams Lea has commended one of its printers for "dedicated and hard work" with its inaugural supplier award.
Eclipse Colour Print has been awarded the first Quarterly Supplier Award from Williams Lea for the work it has completed for insurance firm AXA.
The Eclipse customer service team was singled out by its clients for being "fast, effective, reliable, responsive and happy to share their extensive knowledge".
According to Williams Lea and AXA, the print firm was also praised for its consistently high performance and for regularly adding value to jobs by making recommendations for improvements.
Ben Ward, sales director at the Northants-based printer, said: "This is a new award for Williams Lea and we are the first to win it. It is great to gain recognition from a respected client not only for our print quality but for the dedication of our account managers."
Eclipse has been working with Williams Lea for four years and has been on the AXA account for around three, although its workload for the insurer has increased during the last 12 months.
The award was presented to Eclipse at Williams Lea's head office in London in November last year.
