Eclipse Colour attended the PrintWeek Awards 2009 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Monday 19th October; having been short listed for the “Customer Service Team of the Year” category, and were rewarded by being crowned winners of this prestigious category on the night.

Simon Moore / Jeremy VineEclipse Colour Managing Director, Simon Moore, collected the award from Radio 2 and Panorama presenter Jeremy Vine, who hosted the evening.

Moore was delighted to receive such an important accolade and said “We pride ourselves in our high levels of customer service and our customer centric approach. Our Customer Service team are, without doubt, one of the best in the business, and this award is a real pat on the back for all of the team, and everyone else at Eclipse Colour. We have high levels of client retention and one of the reasons for this is that we ensure to look after our customers through pro-active customer service. We firmly believed in our credentials for this category before the night, and this award rubber stamps our thoughts”.

In a fiercely fought category, Eclipse won through with a unanimous endorsement from the judges. Here is what the judges had to say about the Eclipse Colour entry:

Eclipse fought off all comers, winning a unanimous decision from the judges who ran out of superlatives to describe its "spectacular", "seriously impressive" and "world beating" approach to customer service. Eclipse's dedication to its clients was evident in its glowing testimonials, while the company's determination not to rest on its laurels could be seen in the regular reviews and clear strategy to achieve continuous improvement.
