New Technique on it's way
Customer driven expansion plans have lead us to take a wholesale review of all our management systems and after an extensive program of trials and testing we are now well underway with the installation of Technique-MIS.
Planned to roll-out later this year in October Technique-MIS will connect all our existing separate systems for estimating, order management, job planning, production scheduling, stock control, costing and CRM.
By combining what were previously separate functions and systems into one streamline application we can now replace manual connections, face-to-face meetings and duplication in tasks. It also enables managers and sales teams to access 'real-time' information regarding enquiries and production loading through the Mobile CRM application - which means they can give you the answers you want right away without having to refer back through various departments.
Technique-MIS will also eventually allow customers to generate online 'budget' estimate for potential projects, even contact and communicate with your representative via Skype to discuss the finer details too. Our customer service team can access 'dashboards' showing live information from the presses and finishing departments you can always get the scheduling answers you want in one phone call because it’s now at their fingertips.
