Eclipse Colour has made it onto the shortlist for the prestigious PrintWeek Awards 2009 "Customer Service Team of the Year" category.
This award recognises the importance of world-class customer service. Judges were looking for exemplary performance in offering innovative customer service solutions, either solving specific problems or thinking proactively on behalf of the customer.
The awards ceremony takes place on Monday 19th October in London and Eclipse Colour M.D Simon Moore said "We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award. Our Customer Service team are a credit to the business. They work hard and lead by example, offering our customer base the very best of customer service. The reason why our clients come back for more is that they are delighted with the whole experience they encounter from the business, not least the Customer Service team. We pride ourselves in delivering an excellent service, and this is borne out by getting onto the shortlist for the PrintWeek awards".
Eclipse are no strangers to the awards having been shortlisted and commended for "Printing Company of the Year" in 2001,having won the same prestigious category of "Printing Company of the Year" in 2002, and being shortlisted for "Environmental Company of the Year" in 2004.
