OTIF

One of the most important factors in the production of a printed product is ensuring that the job arrives at its end destination, delivered “On Time and In Full” (OTIF).

It is pointless producing quality printed work, if it does not reach its final destination on time, packed correctly and in full.
It is the last thing that the client will remember about a print job, therefore it is vitally important to treat this element of the job as you would all other areas, such as pre-press, print and finish.

Eclipse classes OTIF as part of the Eclipse Customer Service experience, so in order to ensure we are reaching our exacting standards we measure OTIF on all our printed work.

At Eclipse, we have around 100 deliveries per week leaving our factory and it is therefore critical to ensure our transport hits our targets and customers deadlines.

Many things can affect the delivery of a print job, and the UK road system is not always kind, but year to date in 2009 (January to May), our average percentage of deliveries made on time and in full make for impressive reading.

99.43 % of our deliveries are made on time!!
99.79% of our deliveries are made in full!!

We thought it was important to share this information with you and to let you know how important this area of the business is to us, so we ensure we deliver what you want, when you want it.
